Job Coaching
Are you looking for a job or considering a career change and would like some support? With our one-on-one coaching sessions, we provide you with targeted support – tailored to your individual needs, respectful and focused on your goals. These coaching sessions may be funded by the Job Center, making them free of charge for you.
What makes us special: Our services consist of one-on-one coaching sessions. You won’t be learning in a group. Instead, you’ll work personally with our coaches to achieve your goals. This allows us to tailor the content to your individual needs and challenges. So, this isn’t traditional classroom instruction. We work with you to develop suitable career prospects and prepare you effectively for the job market. The exact times and start date of your coaching sessions are also flexibly arranged in consultation with you. In the one-on-one coaching sessions, we work together to identify your strengths, interests, opportunities, and professional experience. We support you in planning your next steps and preparing you well for the job market.
Through our AZAV-certified quality management system, we ensure high standards at all three of our locations: Leipzig, Erfurt and Chemnitz.
Our one-on-one coaching sessions are proving successful: the placement rate for jobs, apprenticeships, or similar opportunities stands at 60% (as of June 2026).

How do I get an Activation and Placement Voucher (AVGS) for job coaching?
1. Contact the Job Center or the Employment Agency
Schedule an appointment with your contact person at the Job Center or the Employment Agency, explain your situation, and express your interest in job coaching.
2. Receive the AVGS
Once approved, you will receive the voucher (AVGS), either directly at the appointment or by mail.
3. Redeem the AVGS and start coaching
Schedule an initial consultation with us and bring the AVGS with you. We’ll take care of all the next steps so you can focus entirely on your coaching.
