Are you looking for work or in a phase of career reorientation and need support? Our individual coaching sessions might be the right choice for you! They prepare you for the job market and can be funded by the Job Centre, so they are free of charge for you.
What’s special about our coaching is that all sessions are one-on-one. You won’t be learning in a group, instead, you work individually with our coaches on your personal challenges and goals. This way, the content can be tailored specifically to your needs. It’s not a standard lesson – you work together with us towards your career goals. The exact schedule and start date are arranged with you to fit your availability.
Thanks to our AZAV-certified quality management, we can guarantee consistently high-quality coaching at all locations. Sessions are offered in Leipzig, Erfurt, and Dresden.
