Coaching
Are you looking for work or are you in a phase of reorientation and need support? Then our individual coaching sessions are the right thing for you. With our coaching sessions, we make you fit for the job market. The coaching sessions can be funded by the Job Centre and therefore are free of charge for you.
The special thing about them is that they are all one-to-one. This means you don’t learn in a group, but can work with our teachers individually on your issues and goals. In this way, the individual contents can be specifically adapted to you and your wishes and goals. So it’s not a classic lesson, but you walk the path towards your job together. We also determine the exact times of the coaching sessions and the start date in consultation with you, so that it is also suitable for you.
Thanks to our AZAV-certified quality management, we can guarantee you a consistently high quality of coaching at all locations. They are offered in Leipzig, Erfurt and Dresden.
